It is permissible for a person to adopt a child and taking care of a deserving child on its own earns is a rewarding deed, but the child legally (Islamic Shariah) is not considered his son or daughter; i.e. the child remains non-mahram to him or his wife and he or she does not inherit from the ones who has adopted him or her. Adoption in the sense to change a child's surname and register him in the official documents as the parents own child is not permissible.

If other people consider you just then there is no problem for you to be Imam of congregation.

If he knows that the virus can infect her through sexual relations, it is not permissible for him at all. Similarly [it is obligatory on him to refrain from sex] if there exists a considerable level of likelihood [of infection], except in the case where the wife knows about it and agrees to it.

It is not permissible for men to wear gold objects, even though the gold may be white in color. Wearing gold plated objects is also not allowed and prayer wearing gold would not be valid for men. However, there is no problem in wearing something made of platinum.

In the name of Allah, it is not considered valid, and he must repeat the prayers that he performed with invalid wudu. And Allah knows best.

There is no harm in it if it is done for a sensible motive, with the consent of the person to be hypnotized and it is not associated with any ḥarām act.

In the name of Allah, it is enough to have the names in mind as an intention that you will dedicate the rewards of recitation of the whole Quran for them. Be advised that you can dedicate the act of recitation to a group and the rewards of the same recitation for another group or a person. Thus, in doing so, you will have two deeds; one is the recitation and the other is the rewards. Such acts are worshiping good deeds. Allah is the All-Expanded and Knowing.

This is a matter for the person who gave the tip. That is, if he gave it to a particular person, it should be that person’s alone. And if the tip was for all members of the staff, it should be divided equally between them.

The criterion is that the common view recognizes it as a beard.

There is no objection to it provided that smoking that kind of tobacco would not, by the common view, be considered as though one is consuming an intoxicating drink. Also, it should not lead to drunkenness or a considerable harmful effect on one’s health. However, it is, as a matter of caution, advisable not to smoke it.
