Al-Kafeel Museum discusses enhancing joint cooperation with the Samarra Holy Shrine Museum

The delegation from the Kafeel Museum of Treasures and Manuscripts at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation with the Askariyayn Holy Shrine Museum.

The head of the department, Mr. Adel Al-Hamami, said: "The visit comes within the framework of strengthening the connection with religious and civilizational values, and the honor of visiting the shrine of the two Imams Al-Askari (peace be upon them), in addition to a field visit to the Askariyayn Holy Shrine Museum."

He added that the establishment of the Askariyayn Holy Shrine Museum came through the efforts of the Al-Kafeel Museum staff and their technical and specialized supervision within the framework of cooperation between the two holy shrines.

He explained that the visit represents an opportunity to review the museum's achievements and enhance mutual communication, affirming the Al-Kafeel Museum's readiness to offer its artistic and specialized expertise to the staff of the Askariyayn Holy Shrine in the fields of museum display, documentation, preservation, and maintenance.
