The academy stated in a statement received by the official website that "Al-Sibtayn Academy for Autism and Developmental Disorders, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, launched a comprehensive specialized initiative to conduct free IQ testing for children about to enter school for the period from September 21, 2026, to October 1, 2026."

The statement explained that "the initiative comes as part of the keenness of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine and the academy's staff to offer comprehensive psychological and educational support to children and their families, as well as to provide a suitable learning environment that ensures an academic start built on awareness and confidence."

It added that "the approved technical and evaluative assessment within the academy contributes fundamentally to identifying the mental and cognitive capabilities of each child, enabling specialized staff and parents to accurately understand their academic needs and form a clear picture of the child's readiness to integrate into the school environment."
