Graduates of the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development took their graduation oath at the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine welcomed a group of officers from the Institute's 31st cohort—hailing from various Iraqi governorates—who swore an oath of allegiance to the homeland at the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).

The graduation and oath-taking ceremony was attended by the graduates' families and a gathering of visitors, upholding a tradition long observed by graduates of Iraqi colleges and institutes.

Every year, thousands of graduates from Iraqi universities and military colleges perform their graduation oath ceremonies within the precincts of the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).
