The Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine concluded the activities of the Cultural Week of the Greatest Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).

The activities of the week at the Dar Al-Rasool Al-A'dham (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) affiliated with the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department of the Holy Shrine were organized in conjunction with the anniversary of the birth of the Noble Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household).

The events included a speech by the head of the Intellectual Affairs Department, Sayed. Aqeel Al-Yasiri, who reviewed the importance of recalling the birth of the message and the values that restored humanity's dignity. He pointed out that loyalty to the Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) should transform into knowledge of his biography, inspiration from his morals, and a renewal of his presence in the consciousness of generations.

He affirmed that the institution makes the care for the Noble Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) and his biography a continuous scientific and cultural project that opens up to universities, researchers, writers, and creators, and makes rigorous research and culture two means to establish values and deepen the connection with the heavenly message.

The closing ceremony included a research session chaired by Dr. Dawood Al-Zubaidi, which featured two research papers. The first paper, titled "Foresight in the Noble Hadith," was presented by Dr. Haidar Taqi Al-Alaq. He explained that the Sunnah, by its nature, constitutes an important source of legislation in Islam, representing the second path after the Holy Quran. Thus, the Sunnah, as defined by specialists, is the sayings, actions, and approvals of the Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household). There is no doubt that these sayings, actions, and approvals are the foundation that explains the first source. Without the Sunnah, we would not understand many concepts.

The second research paper was titled "Finality: A Contemporary Reading," presented by Dr. Hussam Al-Obeidi. It discussed a new perspective on the finality of prophethood, focusing primarily on a Mutahhari viewpoint after mentioning important introductions to understand the fact that the holy prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) is the seal of prophets, and adding a statement that explains the nature of the maturity and completeness of the human species. It is evident that merely acknowledging the development and the integrative journey of all humanity is not sufficient to provide an accurate understanding of the wisdom behind the cessation and finality of prophethood; rather, it is essential to know the nature of the maturity that humanity has reached.

At the conclusion of the events, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Holy Shrine, Mr. Muhammad Ali Azhar, the Secretary-General's advisor, Mr. Talal Al-Bair, the Head of the Public Relations Department, Mr. Adnan Al-Saffar, and the Assistant Head of the Religious Affairs Department, Sheikh Adel Al-Wakeel, honored the winners of the classical poetry competition about Imam Ja'far as-Sadeq (peace be upon him) and the contributors to the week's activities in appreciation of their efforts.

The organization of the Cultural Week of the Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household) is part of the programs of the House of the Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), which aim to present the Prophetic biography through various scientific and cultural methods, and to enhance its presence in the consciousness of generations by conducting research and literary and cultural activities, and by opening up to universities and academic institutions.
