The departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine have organized the movement of mourning processions participating in the commemoration of the martyrdom of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), according to the second historical narration.

The Department of Hussayni Rites, Processions, and Bodies at the Holy Shrine managed the entry schedules and routes for the processions—extending from the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) to the area between the two holy shrines—ensuring smooth movement and orderly participation in the mourning rituals.

Meanwhile, the Department of the Area Between the Two Holy Shrines, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, coordinated the movement of the mourning processions within the central plaza. They monitored entry and exit paths, ensuring the continuous flow of visitors and preventing the intersection of routes while mourning rituals were underway.

The Department of Maintaining Order at the Holy Shrine oversaw the entry of processions into the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), tracking their movement along designated paths and within scheduled timeframes until their departure from the holy courtyard. This helped minimize congestion and path intersections, maintaining a steady flow for visitors.

Additionally, service-oriented processions (mawakib) continue to provide food, beverages, and other forms of assistance to visitors along the routes leading to the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), helping to meet their needs throughout the days of the commemoration.
