The Care and Order Department provides comprehensive care for the elderly and individuals with special needs

The staff of the Order Maintenance Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine have provided humanitarian assistance to the elderly and individuals with special needs, aiming to facilitate their movement and enable them to perform their Ziyarat rituals.

These services, carried out by the department’s Humanitarian Services Unit, included providing wheelchairs and accompanying visitors as they moved about, thereby easing their access to the Ziyarat sites and allowing them to perform the Ziyarat rituals of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother, Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them both).

Such services are part of the ongoing humanitarian and support-oriented tasks performed by the department’s staff around the clock, designed to assist visitors and alleviate the physical challenges of navigating the site for the elderly and those with special needs.
