The delegation of the Karbala Health Department praises the level of free medical services at the Sayed Jaafar Al-Hilli Center

A delegation from the Karbala Health Department commended the quality of free services provided to visitors at the Sayed Ja'far al-Hilli Emergency Medical Services Center, which operates under the Medical Affairs Department of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine.

Dr. Haifa Al-Tamimi, Head of the Department, stated that the Sayed Ja'far al-Hilli Center hosted the central infection control delegation from the Karbala Health Department to review workflow and assess the standard of medical and health services offered to visitors.

She added that the delegation conducted a field tour covering the emergency unit, dental unit, laboratory, and dressing room—as well as other sections and units of the center—to monitor infection control measures and contamination prevention protocols.

Al-Tamimi noted that the delegation praised the efforts of the medical and health staff and the quality of the free medical services provided to visitors. She further explained that cooperation between the Karbala Health Department and the Medical Affairs Department is ongoing, involving the provision of technical and specialized advice, as well as the organization of mutual training courses in infection control and health safety.
