The Deputy Secretary-General reviews the preparations of the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Complex to welcome the female participants in the central graduation ceremony

Mr. Mohammed Ali Azhar, Deputy Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, inspected the preparations at the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Complex to welcome participants to the central graduation ceremony for female students from Iraqi and Islamic universities.

This visit took place as he toured the site alongside officials from the departments responsible for the arrangements, aiming to assess the Complex's readiness to host the ceremony's participants.

Engineer Ammar Salah Mahdi, Deputy Head of the Holy Shrine’s Industrial and Artistic Crafts Department, stated that the visit was intended to review the preparations made by the various departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine involved in organizing the central graduation ceremony, and to oversee the service-related tasks being carried out to ready the Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) Complex for the attendees.

He added that the tour included an inspection of the main ceremony stage in the Grand Hall and a discussion regarding its dimensions and finishing work. He confirmed that operations are proceeding according to established plans and schedules to ensure the hall is fully equipped and prepared to welcome the participating female students.

This eleventh edition of the ceremony is being organized by the Al-Kafeel Women's Religious Schools Division—affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs at the Holy Shrine—under the slogan: "From the Light of Fatima (peace be upon her), We Illuminate the World." The "Banat al-Kafeel" (Daughters of Al-Kafeel) ceremony is one of the annual events organized by the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine to celebrate university graduates. Now in its eleventh edition, the event brings together female students from universities across Iraq and the Islamic world. The program features a central ceremony held at the Al-Ameed Educational Group, alongside activities and segments tailored to the participants, all aimed at celebrating their graduation and honoring their academic achievements.
