The Family Culture Center organizes an awareness workshop in preparation for the start of the new school year

The Family Culture Center—affiliated with the Office of the Senior Official for Women's Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine—organized an awareness workshop titled "From Understanding to Motivation and Independence: Our Path Toward a Student Who Knows How to Learn," in preparation for the new academic year.

Ms. Ikhlas Jawad Kadhem, Head of the Center’s Activities and Training Unit, stated: "This was the inaugural workshop, attended by 70 women. It targeted mothers from the families of martyrs in the Holy City of Karbala and Baghdad, as well as mothers who had registered via the online link."

She added, "The workshop was presented by Dr. Maryam Abdul-Hussein and covered several topics of interest to women and mothers, offering guidance to help them in raising and educating their children as the new academic year begins."

She further explained that the workshop aimed to enhance mothers' educational awareness and improve the ways they interact with their student children, noting that a series of such workshops would follow, covering various family and educational topics.
