The Management Development Academy organizes two workshops on effective meeting management and data security in institutions for its students

The Administrative Development Academy, affiliated with the Development and Sustainable Development Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, organized two training workshops on effective meeting management and data security in institutions for third-year students.

The workshop trainer on meeting management, Mr. Ali Basim, said that "the workshop addressed the concept of meeting management and its importance, the methods that contribute to achieving its objectives, as well as clarifying the reasons that necessitate holding meetings, and the role of prior planning in organizing discussions and utilizing time to achieve the desired results."

He added that "the workshop highlighted the key aspects of meeting management, starting from the pre-meeting phase, which includes setting the objective, preparing the agenda, and getting ready for the discussion, then the during-meeting phase, which focuses on organizing the dialog, managing time, and allowing space for participants."

For his part, the data security workshop trainer, Mr. Mohamed Muhannad Al-Ghanimi, stated that "the workshop represented an important step toward enabling staff to understand effective digital response forms that mitigate damage and protect the institutions' infrastructure."

He pointed out that "the workshop highlighted raising awareness of threat pathways and their sources, which contributes to adopting conscious digital practices that enhance institutional security and support the journey of safe and sustainable digital transformation."
