The Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine honors the Dean of the College of Law at Karbala University

Sayed Mustafa Murtada Aal Dia-Uddin, Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, honored Dr. Ahmed Shaker Salman, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Karbala, in recognition of his efforts to support student initiatives.

The honoring ceremony was attended by members of the Holy Shrine’s Board of Directors. The gesture acknowledged Dr. Salman’s efforts in supporting student initiatives and activities that contribute to enhancing the academic, educational, and ethical aspects of the university environment.

The Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, noting that this honor—and the meeting with the Secretary-General—serve as a significant incentive to continue his work and further contribute to serving the students.

Salman added that the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has played a major role in supporting projects and initiatives benefiting the College of Law students. He highlighted several projects carried out with the Shrine's support, including the "Iraqi Abaya" project, the central student graduation ceremony, and initiatives honoring female students who observe religious standards of modesty.

He also emphasized the importance of sustaining these initiatives, given their impact on supporting students and reinforcing their religious and ethical values, as well as their contribution to creating a university environment that integrates both academic and educational dimensions.
