Through a mourning gathering, the Women’s Religious Guidance Division concludes its program of commemorative observances marking the martyrdom anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her)

The Women’s Religious Guidance Division, under the Office of the Senior Official for Women’s Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, has concluded its mourning program commemorating the martyrdom of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), in accordance with the second historical narration.

In collaboration with the Women’s Hussayni Public Speaking Division—also under the same office—the division organized a three-day mourning program to mark the anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra’s (peace be upon her) martyrdom.

Ms. Adhraa al-Shami, head of the division, stated, "The gathering began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a segment on jurisprudence presented by Ms. Raja Ali, head of the Activities Unit, and the recitation of the *Ziyarat* (visitation prayer) for the 'Great Truthful One' (peace be upon her)."

She added that the program featured a theatrical performance titled "And I Shall Confront You with the Proof" (*Wa-ulzimu-ka al-hujjah*), presented by the Women’s Hussayni Public Speaking Division. The performance included dramatic scenes depicting the injustices suffered by Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her)—the painful events that followed the passing of the Noble Prophet (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), the usurpation of her rights, and the transgressions committed against her esteemed status.

Al-Shami highlighted the importance of utilizing various mediums, including theatrical performances, to illustrate the injustices faced by Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her). She noted that such approaches help bring these historical events closer to younger generations in a poignant manner, contributing to a deeper awareness of the lives and legacy of the *Ahl al-Bayt* (peace be upon them). The gathering concluded with the recitation of elegies and supplications for the hastening of the reappearance of the Master of the Order and Time (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), followed by an interactive, on-site session with the female visitors, titled "From the Wellspring of Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her)," held within the sacred courtyard.
