The visit aimed to examine the artifacts and gain insight into the scientific methodologies and techniques employed for the preservation, conservation, and documentation of heritage items.
He added that visits by specialized academic delegations hold significant scientific and cultural value, as they foster knowledge exchange, the sharing of expertise, and enhanced cooperation between academic and museum institutions.
For his part, Dr. Iyad Mahmoud Haidar, a member of the delegation, noted that the visit to the Al-Kafeel Museum offered an opportunity to view its historical and heritage collections and explore the diverse treasures it houses. He also commended the warm reception and the detailed explanations provided by the museum staff.
