Intention of sajdah al-sahw (Compensatory prostration)
Should we raise our hands to our ears during the intention of sajdah al-sahw? And is it necessary to declare the intention verbally?

None of them is necessary and the verbal declaration of the intention is not permissible as an obligatory precaution.
