An egg of a woman who cannot get pregnant from her husband is taken and fertilized with sperm of a foreign man outside the womb in the tubes. Then, the fertilized egg is transferred from the tube to the woman's womb. Is it permissible according to Sharia?

In the name of Allah, it is not permissible and considered an act of adultery because the Imams (PBUT) prohibited putting the sperm of a man into the womb of any woman other than the wife. In case it happens, the child belongs the man producer and not to the husband of the woman. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
