In the name of Allah, as for Jafar, uncle of the Awaited Imam (PBUH), he was corrupted as narrated in the tradition. Some of the sins and prohibited acts are attributed to him. However, investigating the man’s behavior and all what has been attributed to him may think that the man is innocent and clear from all the allegations against him although he used to pretend some of the disobediences for good reasons which is hiding the Awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) from the authorities which were looking after the Imam to kill him. Jafar was able to hide the Awaited Imam (may Allah hasten his reappearance) that some narrations say that it is not permissible to kill Jafar. Allah is the all-guide and knowing.
