Two friends go in a car to a training camp course every day. One day they had a traffic accident. The one in the passenger seat died, but the driver survived. Does the driver have to pay a blood-money for his deceased friend?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the accident was caused by shortcomings or negligence by the driver, then he shall hold the responsibility for the bloodshed. If it was not the driver's negligence, he shall not bear anything. Allah is the Guide and Knowing.
