In the name of Allah, fear Allah, my son. It is obligatory upon the child to spend on his parents just as it is obligatory to spend on his children. Therefore, it is not valid for him to give charity to either of his parents. Allah knows best.

In the name of Allah, it is not a condition for giving charity that the recipient must be in need. However, if what you have is a voluntary charity (sadaqah) and you intend to give it to a specific person in need, then it is better to prefer the one in need over others. Allah is the Guide.

1: In the name of Allah, if the giver can distinguish between righteous and corrupt deeds and is the owner of what they give in charity, then their act of giving is valid, unless their guardian prevents them for their own benefit. Allah knows best. 2: In the name of Allah, if the charity is given to a relative, it is not permissible to retract it. However, if it is given to someone other than a relative, as long as the specific amount or object of the charity remains intact and the giver has not disposed of it, it is permissible to retract. Allah knows best.
