Is it valid for men to perform the Tawaf prayer at a location where the Maqam Ibrahim is to the left of the worshiper and directly opposite the Hijr Ismail, given that praying in the previous location is prohibited?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if it is not possible to pray behind the Maqam, it is valid to pray wherever it is possible within the Sacred Mosque. Allah knows best.

For the person who is unable to do Circumambulation himself, if he is circumambulated by another one on the second floor is less high than the Kaaba, is it sufficient to pray on the same floor? What is the ruling if he cannot pray behind the maqam on the ground floor?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the feet of the circumambulating person are not higher than the wall of the Kaaba or equal, then there is no objection to circumambulation in the upper floor, and likewise, there is no objection to circumambulation from behind the Maqam with the inability to circumambulate the Maqam with the Noble Kaaba. As for the prayer, it is valid whether in the second or the ground floor. Allah knows best.

A person who has performed the single Umrah more than three times, but he has found that his ablution is not valid previously. Is his Hajj valid or invalid, and if it is invalid, is he still Mohrim until he performs the single Umrah?
Answer
In the name of Allah, his Umrah was invalid and he was still in Ihram, so he must avoid the forbidden things until he completes the entire Umrah on his own and without being replaced by another person to do it on his behalf. Allah knows best.

In the name of Allah, if the identification is affecting the validity of ablution, as is mentioned in the question, Hajj is invalid and he must repeat it. Allah knows best.
