In the name of Allah, if we know that the aforementioned action prevents some blood from coming out according to the natural movement of the animal and the blood, then it is not permissible to eat this carcass until after the blood has come out according to its natural movement from the carcass. Regarding the second action (breaking their legs), though it is not to be done, it does not cause the impermissibility of the carcass. However, if camel's legs are broken without slaughtering, it causes the camel to be forbidden. Allah knows best.
