Is there advice presented by His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) regarding driving motorcycles?

In the name of Allah, my sons should be advised that when they start using bicycles, motorcycles or cars, they should abide by the rules and conditions and they should not start unless he has trained very well that he can drive well. Everybody knows that the sanctity of Muslims’ properties is like the sanctity of his blood. Allah is the All Guide.
