Why don't we use some of methods that could hide the knife with which the sacrifice animal is slaughtered as a way of obeying Allah's commandments? Why focusing on the sacrifice animal?

In the name of Allah, if it were an obligation, Allah Almighty would have ordered us to do it. Allah is the Guide and Helper.
