If a sale transaction has been completed between the seller and the buyer, but then the buyer asks the seller to cancel the sale (terminate the contract), and the seller agrees to cancel it, will the seller be rewarded? In other words, is this act recommended?

In the name of Allah, yes, it is recommended for the seller to agree to cancel the sale upon the buyer's request, and Allah is the All-Knowing.

Is it permissible to cancel the sale if the buyer asks the seller to return some of the sold items and takes the equivalent amount from the price, and the seller agrees to it?
