We know that karāhah (disliked acts) is of two types: 1. Karāhah outside of worship, which implies the act is detested. 2. Karāhah within worship, which means the act results in less reward. So if karāhah means reduced reward, isn't it better for a person to still perform such an act and receive some reward rather than abandon it altogether? Or what is the ruling?

In the name of Allah, if it does not conflict with another act of worship that is more virtuous and free from undesirability, then the wise person should prioritize that more virtuous act. However, one should also not miss out on performing the act that is disliked (makrūh) either. Allah knows best.

In the name of Allah, as for Tasbīḥa al-Zahrāʾ (PBUH), it is strongly recommended to perform it immediately after finishing the prayer without moving from your place. The adhān is recommended to be performed while standing but is also valid while sitting. However, for the iqāmah, the precautionary obligation is that it must be performed standing.
