Is it permissible to wear black and white during Muharram?

In the name of Allah, whoever refrains from wearing black while still mourning for the Master of Martyrs (PBUH) does not commit a sin, but they miss out on the reward and the participation in mourning with the infallible Ahlulbait (PBUT). Allah is the Guide and the Knower.
