What is the ruling on fasting on the day of Eid for pilgrims, and which is better: to fast or not to fast?

In the name of Allah, Eid falls on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah and must be determined according to Islamic legal criteria. Fasting on this day is prohibited. However, the days following Eid for pilgrims in Mina, as well as for non-pilgrims, do not carry all the rulings of Eid. Allah knows best.
