If I am aware that consuming certain foods causes continuous flatulence throughout the day, preventing me from maintaining ritual purity (wudu), but if I abstain from them, I do not experience this condition and can maintain my ritual purity, then I have the following questions: 1- Is it permissible for me to consume these foods, whether before or after the prayer time has entered? 2- If I am in a state of ritual purity before the prayer time enters, is it permissible for me to consume these foods knowing that they will cause me to break my ritual purity due to flatulence? 3- If I am in a state of ritual purity after the prayer time has entered, is it permissible for me to consume these foods knowing that they will cause me to break my ritual purity due to flatulence?
Answer
1- In the name of Allah, it is permissible due to necessity. Allah knows best. 2- In the name of Allah, it is permissible due to necessity. Allah knows best. 3- In the name of Allah, with ample time before the prayer, it is permissible due to necessity. Allah knows best.
