If a person gifts a building to someone by registering it officially in government records, but the donor does not vacate it, does not relinquish control, the donee is not granted permission, does not take possession of the gift, does not exercise authority over it, and does not receive any income from it, can it be considered that possession has been achieved from a religious perspective?
