There is a mosque in the vicinity where we live. The people there held mourning sessions and latmiyas (someone recites and the people beat their chests with hands) for three days: from the day of injuring the Imam (PBUH) to the day of martyrdom after dawn prayers. These sessions are broadcasted via the outer speakers and the people in the surrounding started complaining about this thing. Do those people have the right to object or they have to bear this noise as a respect to the session?
Answer
In the name of Allah, there is no doubt that holding preaching sessions on the infallible imams (PBUH) is needed and considered as commemorating religious rituals. However, as in the question, the speakers should be directed to the participants so that the sound will not reach the non-participants in the surrounding, especially if it annoys the residents of the vicinity of the mosque. Allah knows best.

There is a Mosque in the vicinity of my house holding condoling sessions and chants after the dawn prayers for three days which are the injury days of the master of believers (PBUH). They are broadcasted through the external speakers of the mosque. The people started complaining about this. Do they have to endure this as a respect for the condoling session or they have to complain and refuse it?
Answer
In the name of Allah, there is no doubt that it is necessary to hold such sessions on the infallibles (PBUH) as it is among the religious rituals. However, in such case the speakers should be directed to the participants in the session so as the voice will not reach the non-participants, especially if it causes disturbance to the people living in the vicinity. Allah is the all Guide and best Knowing.

We have a procession building (Husseiniya) and we serve the visitors by serving them food. After the visitation finishes, we will have extra food not served. Is it permissible to give it to another procession, donate it to the Popular Mobilization or sell it and save the funds to the next occasion?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if possible you give it to another procession as it is specified for this purpose. If not possible, then save it to the next occasion. Allah knows best.
