If the pilgrim is going to go for Hajj via Jeddah and he wants to enter the state of Ihram from the slightest solution, is it permissible for him to go to the accommodation first to put his bags and then return to Al-Tanaem Mosque to enter the state of Ihram from it, and if it is permissible, is it permissible for him to delay Ihram from day to night?
Answer
In the name of Allah, this all is permissible, but it is not permissible for the one who lives outside the Great Mosque to enter the sanctuary without Ihram. Rather, he must enter the state of Ihram from one of the known timings. Yes, if he is unable to do this for one reason or another and enter Mecca without Ihram, he must wear Ihram at least from Al-Tanaem Mosque. Allah knows best.
