Is it permissible to start Ihram from the plane when nearing the timing meeqaat?

In the name of Allah, how can a person do that and the plane passes less than the blink of the eye from the meeqaat. The person who cannot enter in the state of Ihram from the meeqaat must start Ihram from the airport and ride the plane while in the state of Ihram and go down in Jeddah which is inside the sanctuary and go to Mecca. In this case, the atonement of shading is required. Allah knows best.
