It is mentioned in "Haj Rituals" for His Eminence (may Allah prolong his life) in Issue No. (177): If one leaves Mecca after finishing the acts of Umrah without Ihram and he skips the time schedules, there are two cases here: The first is that he returns before completing his month of Umrah. The question is what is meant by "month" here? Is it the normal month of 30 days or the lunar month?
