My husband and I are in your Taqleed, and we want to go to Hajj, but we have two children; one is in the ninth month of age and the other is three years and five months. So, should they wear Ihram?
Answer
In the name of Allah, the guardian of the child must strip the male child of the clothes and wrap him in the garment of Ihram and teach the child the Talbia, if possible, and if not, the guardian will recite the Talbia for him. Allah knows best.
