In the single Umrah and after jogging between Safa and Marwa mountains, can we do the trimming by ourselves or should we do it through another person

In the name of Allah, both ways are permissible. The one who does not finish Ihram are not permitted to trim the hair. In other words, the one who is in the state of Ihram is not permitted to trim the hair of another one who is also in the state of Ihram. Allah knows best.
