In these times, pilgrims performing the Umrah Mufradah are not permitted to perform the Tawaf Al-Nisa (the circumambulation of women) after Sa'i. Is it permissible to perform it (Tawaf Al-Nisa) before Sa'i, i.e., immediately after the Tawaf Al-Umrah?
