The state owns a piece of land and grants the usufruct (right to use and benefit from the land) to a person. This person has the right to sell the usufruct to another person. If the usufructuary (the person who holds the usufruct) dies and leaves behind a wife, does the wife inherit any part of the usufruct of that land?
