Is it right to say "Oh Allah bless me with money, wife and a house" in the Qunut of the obligatory prayer?

In the name of Allah, there is no objection to that. Whom should you ask other than Allah and He prescribes the Qunut for seeking needs from Him Almighty. Allah knows best.
