If a pilgrim in the state of Ihram wishes to use an electric cart voluntarily, is it permissible? And if he has an attendant who can operate and stop the cart, is he allowed to use it? Additionally, is it necessary for him to ascend Safa, or is it sufficient to reach the front part of Safa?
