If a pilgrim performing Umrah is compelled to perform Sa'i on the second floor due to extreme overcrowding in the lower level of the Sa'i area, what is his duty?

In the name of Allah, if the path of the pilgrim on the upper level is not higher in elevation than the two mountains (Safa and Marwah), then it is valid; otherwise, it is not. Allah knows best.
