Is it permissible to perform jogging (Sa'i) in the new jogging area?

In the name of Allah, if the beginning and the end of the new jogging area is part of the remaining of Safa and Marwa mountains, not the artificial, and the jogging person comes from a way and turn to another, there is no objection to jogging in the new jogging area. The duty, as concluded from the narrations and the holy verse, that jogging is to be done between the Safa and Marwa mountains. Allah knows best.
