It is known that Allah Almighty is just, and believing in this is a necessity. However, we have some inquiries that we hope to clarify about this issue, which is that some people are born in a religiously committed environment, so that they have a big opportunity to be religiously committed and others are born in a corrupt environment, so the opportunity of their commitment is less, either due to the lack of religious awareness or because of the strong influence of the corruption on them. our questions are as follows: 1-Does Allah hold the two groups to account with the same scale? Is this considered just? 2-In case Allah uses different scales for the two groups, kindly explain this difference. 3-Does Allah Almighty give another opportunity to the second group after death to compensate the opportunity difference which is granted to the first group?
Answer
In the name of Allah, 1-Allah holds everyone account on the basis of his ability for the commitment to obedience and disobedience. It is not fair to use the same scale for both groups. Allah knows best. 2-This difference is caused because of the difference in the environment, lineage and parents. Allah afflicts His worshippers with special afflictions and He rewards them on that as per their circumstances and environment. Allah knows best. 3-It is narrated that man is given another opportunity on the Judgment Day to choose the between good or bad according to his own will if Islam does not reach him or he was not able to recognize Islam or other reasons in the worldly life. Allah knows best.
