In the name of Allah, my son, be advised that Allah surely wanted the issues to be on a system. He created all the angels to fulfill the system in which humans are tempted to have virtues and leave sins. There are many other rationales, one of which is that all of us know that Allah knows what we don whether privately of publicly and he is able to do anything, but we are trying to hide ourselves when behaving badly and Allah has made the angels as witnesses on our deeds.
