My wife asked for khula divorce, and she admits that I provided her with everything according to the Sharia and I did not hurt or beat her, but that she still wants a khula divorce. Is it permissible for me to dictate my conditions to her by asking a sum of money with which she can buy the divorce, given that we have been married for 23 years?
