Is poverty the lack of blessings or the lack of money?

In the name of Allah, both play a role in what you mentioned, but the loss of blessings is more harmful than the lack of money. Allah is the Guide.

We see in Rasala Amalyia (Guide of Islamic Rules) in the section of Zakat that there are many types and branches of Zakat, like Al-Amilon Alaiha (Zakat collectors) and Al-Mu’allafa Qulobohom (people whose hearts are to be reconciled). We would like you to explain each expression, especially Al-Gharimoon (the indebted).

In the name of Allah, we have clarified these terms in our Risala Amalyia which is entitled (Mustaf Al-Deen Al-Qayiem). You can refer to it in order to know. As for Al-Gharimoon, it refers to the person who has indebted with accumulation of debts or loan, where he cannot pay them back; especially these debts are not on disobeying Allah. Allah knows best.
