What is the ruling of Al-Shoor mourning style which is done through repeating the name of Imam Hussein quickly (Hussein Hussein Hussein) or (Sein Sein Sein) by removing the /h/ sound?

In the name of Allah, there is no problem in repeating the word Hussein or whatever indicating it as this refers to the fact that they are not committed to the standard Arabic. This is because the accents and dialects have mixed with the standard Arabic and also the non-Arabs have mixed with the Arabs. Allah knows best.
