Is violating traffic laws, according to Iraqi traffic law, considered forbidden (ḥarām) in Islamic law?

Is it permissible to violate the general regulations established by the state, such as the traffic regulations, by crrosing traffic lights, and so on?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is not permissible to violate the laws prescribed by the state to regulate people’s affairs, as long as they do not violate the religion. Allah knows best.
