Is smoking considered among the prohibitions? And is it permissible for the wife to seek divorce from a smoking husband or for the husband to divorce a smoking wife?
Answer
In the name of Allah, this action is not among the justifications for seeking divorce from the husband or for the husband to divorce the wife. However, if either of them is not satisfied with living with the smoker, then they are entitled to do so according to the noble Sharia. Allah knows best.
