What is the ruling of hair transplantation for beardless or bald men?

In the name of Allah, there is no objection to hair transplantation. However, if the transplanted hair becomes like natural hair, growing like natural hair, then it is permissible to wipe over it during ablution. Otherwise, it is not permissible, and it must be washed, and the area beneath it must be washed during ablution. Washing is required equally whether it is in the place of washing during ablution.
