What is the ruling of using tobacco?

In the name of Allah, If the intended use is smoking, then its ruling has already been mentioned. If the intended use is swallowing it, then the ruling of prohibition depends on the agreement of skilled doctors that it is harmful in the same way as smoking or more. Allah knows best.
